The House on the Edge- by Alex Cotter

I found this book to be really interesting. I didn't know where it was going as it was really unpredictable. It is discriptive which makes you feel you are in the book whilst reading it. I felt sorry for the main character as she has to look after her sick mum, her brother and her house that is falling apart since her father left. She has a lot to do and doesn't want to live with her Uncle. Will the house fall into the sea? will her father come back? Are there really ghosts living under her house that her brother is talking to? I don't want to spoil it for you, so I will let you read it for the answers.
I think this book was brilliant ! I'm so glad I read it. I would give it 8.5/10 I would definitely recommend a read to anyone that is looking for a good book.

Murder Most Unladylike -By Robin Stevens

I had heard about these books on twitter and I had been reccomended them, so I thought I'd give one ago. Wow! I loved reading this book. This book is about 2 girls Daisy and Hazel. They go to Deep Dean, a boarding school for girls and they both solve mysteries. If you want to read the murder most unladylike series, then I would start with this book because it introduces the characters and sets the setting. I would rate this 8.5 because it is a fabulous book and I really enjoyed reading it. My mum has now bought me several books from the series to read and swap with my friend who also loves this series.

Run like a girl- By Danielle Brown

I was sent this book by the WRD magazine as they thought I would like this book and they weren't wrong ! This book is a non fiction hard back book with a cool cover. The book was quick, easy, informative and inspirational. I loved reading this. This book is about different girls who do different sports showing that girls can do any sport and should be allowed to.
I learnt loads reading this and it was fun to read. I didn't realise there were so many inspirational girls in sport. I would rate this book a 8 because it is a wonderful book and really inspiring.
